Track progress on the Training Hub

Progression and tracking
01Read

Training Hub is the bottom-tab where your numbers live. Four tabs sit across the top: Overview, History, Exercises, PRs. Each one answers a different question about what you have done.

Overview

Overview is the dashboard. The first card is This Week, with sets logged, volume moved, and sessions counted against your weekly target. Below that, a 12-week consistency graph plots how often you trained. Tap any week column for the session count behind that bar.

Next is the muscle heatmap. Eight body regions shaded by relative volume over the last 7, 28, or 84 days. Use the chip selector to flip the window. Tap a region and Training Hub jumps to the Exercises tab pre-filtered to lifts that hit that area. Light shading means you are under-training that region. Dark shading means it is getting plenty of work.

Below the heatmap, the weekly volume chart breaks total tonnage into 12 weekly bars. Trend up means progressive overload is working. Flat or down means the program is stalling or you are deloading.

History

History is the session list. Reverse chronological, calendar header up top, every workout you have logged underneath. Tap a row to open the full session detail with every set, weight, and rep. From there you can edit, share, or jump back to the program.

Exercises

Exercises is the per-lift view. Each row is one exercise with its current 1RM, last session weight, and a sparkline of training max history. Tap a row for the full exercise screen: estimated 1RM chart, every session you have run that lift in, and PR markers on the chart where they hit.

Use the filter button up top to narrow by muscle group, equipment, or custom-only. The search bar matches exercise names live as you type.

PRs

PRs collects every personal record across every exercise, grouped by lift. Filter by PR type (heaviest weight, top 1RM, rep PR) or pick specific exercises. Sort by recency or by exercise name. Tap a PR card to open the session where it happened.

Show up, lift, and the Hub keeps the receipts.
