Rest timer didn't fire
Three things keep the rest timer quiet: notifications off, Do Not Disturb on, or the screen locked. Fix each in under a minute.
A session you logged is missing from Training Hub. Annoying, but rarely lost for good. Rackd stores every workout on the device, so the recovery path is short and your data is almost always still there.
Three places to check, in order. Each one takes about a minute.
Open Training Hub and scroll. The history list is in reverse chronological order, grouped by date. Sessions sit under the day you ran them, not the day you ended them, so a workout that ran past midnight shows on the start date.
Filter the list to the program you were running. A session logged against the wrong program lands in that program's history rather than the one you expected. Tap any row to see the exercises and sets. If the workout is there with the wrong date or wrong program, edit it from the session detail screen rather than starting over.
If history shows nothing for the date you trained, move to the next step.
Open Settings, tap Backup & Restore, then Import Data. Pick From JSON File and choose the latest export you have. Backups include every session, every set, every PR, and every program state up to the moment of the export.
If you have not exported recently, check your iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or whatever folder your phone uses for app exports. Backups are JSON files named with the date they were created. The most recent one is usually fine.
A restore replaces the current data with the contents of the backup. If you have logged sessions since the export and want to keep them, export the current state first, then restore the older file, then import the newer export on top. The merge keeps both.
If the session is not in history and not in any backup, two things to check before contacting support. First, did you log it on a different device? Cloud Sync is opt-in, so a workout on the phone is on the phone unless sync is on. Second, did the app crash mid-session? The crash recovery screen offers to restore an in-progress workout once. If you tapped Discard on that prompt, the partial set data is gone.
If none of that explains it, write in. Send the date and rough time of the session, the exercises you logged, and the device you were on. Reply goes back the same day most of the time.
Your data is yours. The recovery path is short for a reason.

Phone says 225, tablet says 220. Sync is the fix. Check it's on, run a manual sync, and let the newer record win.
